My daughter is 4.5 years old..Kal shaam sey us k ears mein sey blkul liquid paani jaesa nikal Raha hai..she has a pain also in affected area...plz guide me what should I do

seems like she has middle ear infection . But should be confirmed with examination . needs antibiotic and pain killer and keep the ear dry . better to take an appointment for proper treatment .
