Talk to Pediatrician on Lazy Baby

my baby boy is 1 month old masha Allah.. i want to ask that he is not playful much.. when he is awake he just keeps on staring at a place or lie still with v little movement of hands and arms. while when he cries he moves all his limbs. he is on 80% mother feed n 20% top feed. passing urine n stool normaly n no other ilness..
