my son is 4 year old.our language is Pushtu.he cant make sentence properly.he can say 3 to 5 words.but cant like other kids.copy karta hay batoo ko.hazir jawab nahi hay.jaisay aur bachay hotay hay.aur sab bilkul normal activities hay.kabi sochtay hay masla hay.kabi kahtay hay nahi hay.we are confused.ak baita hay maira.aur bachay nahi hay ghar pay.akaila hota hay.kindly help us.

Ent, i don't think so because he can sing some poems which he heard from you tube. all activities are normal.he throws toys some time.some times plays with it.toys ko opar painknay say khush hota hay.cricket shoq say kailta hay.jab os ka dil chahay. depend karta hay. aur koi masla nahi hay.but just want to know k ye akaila hay.exposure nahi hay ess ka.reading sahi karta hay.batoo may words making masla hay.aap kindly mujay ak acha doctor recommend karay.sab say best doctor.i will b very thankful.
