it is difficult to comment without examination . do remember we hv a pandemic of covid 19 . needs proper hìstory. you never mentioned fever . As the child is v young , he needs to be properly examined. throat examination, nasal flaring , respiratory rate , use of assecory muscles are all importent .. thus its better to take an appointment .
