My daughter age 7 years is ITP patient and after 10 to 12 months her pleteletes decreased upto 10 to 12000 and Dr prescribed transfusion a/w course of Deltacotril tables for 18 to 35 days. i want proper and complete treatment and diagnosis of reason. I means either she has spleen problem or bone marrow
ITP ( idiopathic thrombocytic purpura )

( agar platelets ki miqdar ( quantity ) 20,000 se ooper h to kuch nh karenge ... sirf bache ko chot lagne se bachana h ( jese k koi aisi game na khelte jis men chot lagey , sakht tooth brush istemal na karey , gosht men sui na lagwayen etc )
2. Steroids
Jab platelets musalsal jam ho ya phr 20,000 se kam ho to steroids dete h. Ye tab tak denge jab tak platelets 20,000 se ooper hojaye.. ye aam h .. is k side effects b hotey h ... jab ye start karen to doctor ko visit karate range
3. Immunoglobulin ( IVIG)
Ye antibodies ko marti h ... jese k ye antibodies ko marti is k b side effects h ... sab se common reaction hona ... ye bohat mehngi treatment h ...
4. Anti-d injection ...
Ye b aik time injection lagta h aur 3 din tak is ka response ata... ye b costly h

Sir, Now she is of 7 yrs. we just want her safe life.
When first time pleteletes left 2,000, she was of 1.5 years till now, me and my wife 24 hours look after her to avoid any injury and my wife make her self Psycologically ill.

in short our family life is very tensed we afraid / avoid to attend parties, ceremonies, travel. Is any permanent solution to make my daughter life safe and normal ?
in Hyderabad Doctors advise to remove Spleen & on 22 Mar 2020 at Bahawalpur CMH Doctor suggested bone marrow transplantation after bonemarrow tests
