Talk to Pediatrician on Itching On Feet Sole

My son age 3.5 years, active enough, is claiming Itching on feet soles daily at night right after having a nap of hardly an hour, however remains fine all the day and never claims such thing. We were taking it as of due to mosquitoes but it is something internal we felt as it is increasing now and skin there goes red (pic attached) we use ice bag or wet towel to reduce itching. His mother and grand father has a history of skin allergy, (not the same one). Please advise.
