Talk to Pediatrician on Irritable Bowel In Child

Assalamu alaykum. Girl age 11 has issue like irritable bowel. She gets constipation for one or two days then gets loose motion diarrhea with cramps and feeling of incomplete evacuation.we got her stool re and culture but reports showed normal results.Gave her dose of entamizole and Atarax antiworm.are other diagnostic tests needed. Now gave enflor sachet. Father has history of ibs diarrhea. May be genetic issue with her.

Please, have following tests done on her: 1. Complete Blood Count (CBC) with ESR and C-Reactive Protein Level. 2. Blood for Coeliac Screening. Please, also get an Ultrasound Abdomen carried out on her to rule out Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
