if fever not settling, reduced oral intake or any other concerns then see a doctor.
Best is to visit er for high grade fever may cause febrile fits...
Do tepid sponging, give panadol syp and consult peads doctor for proper evaluation
It could be Herpetic stomatitis. Fever could be augmented due to dehydration in addition to the Viral infection. Better to seek direct physician evaluation. In the meantime treat fever and increase intake of fluids.
