My daughter is 3 years old. She has itching at her vagina ( potty trained so no pamper rash problem). She is a stubborn kid and is very picky eater. Pls advise any good medicine. I have not noticed any worms in her stool.

Avoid all perfumed bath products.
use a good emollient such as Lipobase 3 times a day. if there is any local redness or rashes then use Daktacort cream twice daily for a week.

any discharge from vagina? any more symptoms like fever etc?
