Talk to Pediatrician on Hip Spica

Aoa.my 2.7 year baby has fractured on thigh bone.he has hip spica cast treatment in last week on 20/08/20.i want to ask he cannot sleep at night and remained restless.what should i do? He is also having constipation for last 3days which medicen should i give him for constipation. Also want to ask for how long minimum time period that spica cast could be removed? His doctor gave a calcium syrup for 2 weeks.please help me doctors thanku in advance.
