My 7 month daughter had 2 fever episodes without any other symptons no allergy or flu in 2 weeks...fever for 4 5 days goes down with panadol, -ve urine culture..why high tlc and eosinophilia? Anything serious?
lab is not showing eosinophils more pictures of cbc showing it viral give syp panadol along with syp actidil 1/4 th tsf bd
Was that fever 100'F or more.. If it was less than that then its not significant so don't give anything..

101 fever ...but goes down immediately with panadol stays for 3 4 days, i am very worriedd because there has been 2 episodes of these fevers in a short span and without any other symptoms, nothing at all ...and now this high tlc and eosinophilia is making me really worried..anything serious at all?? She has no allergy or rash or anything
