my daughter 5.3 years old got high fever 104 (reading noted last night). she fever yesterday. I gave her panadol. then she again got fever, again panadol had given. jab panadol deti hon Tu bukhar utar jata hy. pait me dard ka keh rahi thi. (spacler P) de di. throat check kya tu red ho raha tha. situation esi hy k main kisi medical center le jana nhi chahti. aap log batain k kya karon? koi emergency tu nhi? bachi Masha'Allah strong hy bilawaja nhi roti. kal raat 104 fever tha ro rahi thi. thanday pani ki pattian rakh k bukhar kam kya
