Hepatitis A is a disease which can have multiple times and it's all about these hygiene....
Keep good hygiene of water and hands he will not get sick again.....
there is no Ultrasound which can tell us about hepatitis, ultrasound tells about liver structure etc anyhow plz post the report for review....
give him ibuprofen for fever and more fluids to drink.....
he will be fine dont worry
