Hello sir! My son is 7 to 8 years old and he had a small black spot in his eye since childhood. Can look new, puts his hand over his eyes and his eyes are swollen. Please help me.

why not attach a picture here along with details like s since how long he is suffering from this, any difficulty in vision, any history of trauma, history of allergy or common cold.

you mentioned that black spot in his right eye is since childhood, then what is looking new to you in it ?
And in picture I can appreciate mild puffiness around his both eyes. Is this swelling is more in morning and decrease with passage of day? In this case must see a Pediatrician he need his BP check and a urine test.
But if his swelling continue to be the same all the day and he puts hands on eyes due to pain.See a Opthalmologist please.
