Asking for Other, Male, 1 years old, Karachi Pakistan
My son is 9 months old. And from last few days due to hot weather in Karachi he has severe type of heat rash/ prickly heat on his neck. Please tell me what to do I can't take him to Dr because of COVID-19 situation.

Dear Parent,
Make sure your kid is wearing appropriate clothes like loose cotton clothing and avoid too many garments.
keep your kid in area where there is adequate ventilation.
Give your child Bath twice a day but use soap only once a day.
Apply a thin layer of Calamine lotion after night shower to help reduce itching and discomfort while sleeping.
Prickly heat/ heat rash resolves in 2-3 days.
