Dr my 2.5 son is having constipation issue every day. As we are training him for toilet.. so when he pass stool he is in much pain every time .. it is hard stool and there is very little blood too. My son skip one day and pass stool after a day. We have given him duphalac and lilac too.. I feel there is skin rash at the place of stool passing too.. kindly suggest

can u tell me about his dietary habbits
Constipation can occur due to excessive milk intake,lack of fibre that's fruits and vegetables in diet.
Increase his intake of water
If u r giving milk ,it should be like warm plus u can add one teaspoon of coconut oil.
syrup Prulax 1tsf thrice a day can be given
Give him Prulax for 2weeks
apply oil or sudo cream around anal rash

He is not fond of eating.. it all depends on his mood. If he wants he take proper meal with us every time but if he don't.. he keep in sucking his thumb and rarely take something to eat after lot of requests.. and yes he take a warm cup of milk daily.. Dr I feel he has some rashes too in a very little space near anal part. What should I do for that? And how long should I use prulax syrup? I have given him desi ghee in warm milk
