Talk to Pediatrician on Hard Muscle Uncontrol Body Cant Walk And Crawl

My daughter is one year old today and she cant sit or can't grab anything she cannot control her head and neck i think she has cerebral palsy or hypertonia she has a little bit of clubfoot her doctor is khalil ur rehman khalil but he told me that it will took time to become normal i go to khalil ur rehman khalil every month and he telling me that it will took he did not do any mri or ct scan tell me solution plz for my daughter life
