Talk to Pediatrician on Hands Getting Hot Like A Fever

Salam o alikum, Kindly advise me for my 19 months old son,his hands are getting hot and it's feel he have fever,yesterday we gave him Pandol and after that he was fine what should we do,is it a fever symptom

No,it's not fever.if you feel child body heat you should monitor temperature with thermometer. baby weight should be 11kg,if not than start vidayline L 1teaspoon x twice a day for 1month ,drops maltofer 5drops daily for 1month than follow up after 1month. some time baby looks feverish due to iron deficiency anaemia.
