Dear Dr this is 20 days girl baby with turned foot. please suggest the reason and remedie?

You need to go to Pediatric surgeon or ped orthopaedic surgeon. He will put cast on them for 12-16 weeks. Hopefully this will be alright, in shaaAllah.
As already advised its a case for paediatric surgeon . mean while as the muscles and bones are soft , you can try frequent gentle massage to get the foot in right position .
in simple word is called club foot . its a birth defect when foot or leg is internaly rotated . no specific reason .
