Talk to Pediatrician on Grey Color Stool
Asking for Self, Male, 3 years old, Karachi
Urgently advice need. My baby boy of 3 years is poop in grey color , sometimes he passes normal yellowish color , sometimes he passes grey it's 3 Rd he passed his stool in grey color in 5 days ( in 5 days 3 times he passed grey color stool ) What it does mean , what should I do . His consultant is not conducting OPD Please suggest . No medical history . Active child. No issue at all.
Nothing to worry if child is active and alert and having no fever or any active complaint. Give him soft diet also. Like dalya, kitchri, cerelac, mash potato, apple etc
Occasional grey stool with an active child, nothing to worry. Please look out if the child passes grey stools all the time. Look for very dark urine and yellowish discolouration of eyes/ skin. Appetite will decrease as well. That usually happens in hepatitis.
