Talk to Pediatrician on Gastroenterology Pediatrics

Assalamu alaykum. My son age 7 goes to toilet too many times. He's having too much urination and also does stool more than normal mostly 5 times a day. Stool is not watery rather its unformed or semi formed no proper solid stool like shape. His father also has irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea and unformed stool since childhood. Earlier son 7 year old used to do stool twice a day stool used to be normal hard formed. But few years ago he developed allergies mild asthma and also he developed significantly enlarged tonsils and adenoids. Then he developed neurology psychological behavior issues like hyper behaviors irritated personality etc. After that he always has too much urination and stools always unformed.
