if a kid (2year) is diagnosed with SIBO (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) what is the right antibiotic for him? I am not asking for prescription just for my knowledge plz tell me the right choice of antibiotic (what I am giving him causing his diarrhea to worsen) that's y I just want to confirm
there is no single antibiotic of choice for this daignosis...multiple antibiotics can be used, but more commomnly ciprofloxacin and metronidazole are used
