is there any history of trauma or injection at the said site. what about his standing and walk of the baby. it's better , you must consult a pediatrician for examination of the child.
at 1.5 yr the baby should be walking and running by now . if he does not hv any difficulty , i dont think you should worry for it. but for better advise should be examined .

Yes Doctor he never faced any difficulty in walking or do not feel any pain when pressed

then i dont think you need to worry . it seems to be dimple . but still keep it in check and get it examined if any doughts .
I would suggest a photograph of both the thighs together for comparison before an opinion could be offered.
Kindly give a better exposure or a video would be better to appreciate what it is. Though does not seem worrisome but does not look like normal.
