Talk to Pediatrician on Gag Problem In Toddler

My son is 4 years old. He doesn't eat any fruits, vegetables or any type of meat. He has a very sensitive gag reflex. He eats very specific foods and that's it. I have tried everything, forcing him, keeping him hungry and what not but nothing works. I don't know what to do. And also he started talking very late his speech is not clear yet. Are these two problems realated?? Please help!!
I need to know what you mean by a very sensitive gag reflex. Also if he doesn't eat fruits vegetables and meat, then what does he eat. About the speech issue I don't think it's related since his other milestones seem to be normal but a visit to a Speech Therapist after checking about hearing issues from an ENT surgeon would help.

He eats breads, roti, Chawal, eggs sometimes and he loves fries. Gag reflex means that he vomits and makes sounds like he will vomit if I put anything in his mouth.
