WAS. Baby ko feed kerwa k burp kerwaein and should pe 15 mins tak rakhein. It will help. Meiji is good. Other options include BF-1 and NAN-1. As for the second question, sir garam ka masla nae, AP thermometer se check kerein. If temperature over 100F to panadol dein Warna nae.

Asslam o alaikum don't give him formula feed it will cause infection only give your feed and take extra diet approximately 450 calories per day like meat fish egg vegetables fruits etc
and don't worry about head os hot check temperature for 2 minutes if there is more than 99 degree F than give panadol ok
