Yes can give BF 1 or Meiji FMT
Do not give NL 33 as it is lactose free. You can give any other regular formula milk available or Morinaga BF1.
Better to give BF 1
No need of NL 33 if ur child has no lactose intolerance symptoms like bloating,rashes and diarrhoea..better start on similiac total comfort 1

Dear mother,
your child is 1month old and on mix feed, I would recommend you to take this as an opportunity and try to establish exclusive mother feed because there is no better option then motherfeed till 6months of age.
other options are any formula but with number 1 like morinaga bf1, nan1 but not NL 33.
