Talk to Pediatrician on Forehead Hit

Dear sir Yesterday my son fall on marble floor his forehead was directed towards the floor and hits with that and then suddenly swell up. After that i took him to the doctor. He advised both x-ray and C. T scan after observing both the ct scan and x-ray doctor told me that there is no problem inside brain but a mild blood clotting in the region of hitting occurs and only recommend panadol syrup for that. Now i want your's advise is that all enough for satisfaction.
