Talk to Pediatrician on Foot Pain

Aoa my son is 2.8 years. We came to Pakistan two months ago and stucked here. My son don’t eAt anything whole day he can spend without eating. PAratha Nutella nuggests bread and nido it’s his whole day meal. Without tasting yougurt rice or anything he says it’s yukyy and run from me. I thought we will go back to ksa and everything will be alright but now situation is worse.
Second problem is that’s he is an active boy but few nights he starts crying by saying I have pain in legs and feet now whole night I’m doing massage of oil and trying to Make him sleep. Suggest please what can I give him for both problems.
Start Dmax drops 1 drop daily, syrup maltofer 2.5 ml once a day. Syrup vidaylin 2.5 ml once a day. If he prefers sweet , u can give him sooji ka halwa, sagu Dana kheer,make potato fries at home... don’t force feed.

Since when ur child has pain in foot? one foot or both feet ? any trauma ? pain at night or day as well ? limping ? change in feet shape ? how is ur child over all growth ? Any growth charts recorded ? height , weight ? immunisations up to date ? Answer these to let know better about ur child problem

Since last two months he complains for feet pain and ask me to use oil for massage. As he is active boy i used to massage him

Growth is good Alhamdullilah
Weight is 15.6
All vaccines on time.
When he was 18 months old he walk while feet were A little bit inward. We did x rays and all but docter said to give him vit d. Now he walk perfectly.

I tried to give him rice , kheer custard. All those things he liked to eat in Saudia. Even he don’t eat banana now or watermelon which was his favorite. Someone recommend me lysovit I tried but my son was crying hell. So I Stop giving him.
