Yes you should get her Urine Analysis done again.

Febrile fits as the name suggest occur with fever in children ages between 6months-6years. She will grow out of these after 6 years of age. This will not cause any damage to her brain and do not have any long term consequences in majority. However, you cannot prevent a febrile fit. If it has to happen, it will happen.

Thank you so much Sir for your concern, doctor advised me to done Urine Analysis (Urine Culture from Agha Khan Lab and Ultrasound from ARC Lab after 10 days of fever medicines course completion to get clear report, because now she is taking antibiotic medicines of fever nowadays, i will visit you and also share reports with you for further advise, because i am so worried about my daughter, and she is not taking proper diet in fever, plz advise me diet food to give her in fever.

OK. She should have a urine analysis done before starting antibiotics. Anyway, repeat urine tests as per your doctor's advice. Continue antibiotics orally if she is responding, but if still spiking fever after 2-3 days of antibiotics then she might need further tests including CBC, CRP, Typhoid, Malaria, Blood Culture. And yes she should have a ultrasound kidney done after 4-6 weeks.

Dear Sir,
Thank you so much Sir for your kind advise, but already all mentioned test (CBC, CRP, Typhoid, Malaria, Blood Culture) are done, and all reports are normal, thatswhy doctor advise me to do urine culture and ultrasound of kidney after fever medicines dose completion, because as per my daughter last fever history bacterial/virus shown in urine culture report, Sir, please advise me how can i share my daughters test reports to you, so that i will take better advise from you.
