Talk to Pediatrician on Fever On Head Chest And Back

my son is 11 months old, he has been suffering from fever last two days, but nothing has happened, got treated a pediatrician he gave dollar d.s syrup, cefixime n one malaria syrup ,but nothing has been chage,,9 plz kindly tell me what should I do?

you hv not mentioned how much fever . we r already dealing with a pandemic .usually viral illness is the cause . we usually only give antipyretic and wait for 3 days before starting antibiotics , unless with other signs and syptoms. As the child is too young better to get examined and get lab tests.

If he is a Pediatrician then he would have made a diagnosis. It was malaria or some other infection? I would suggest 1. Record temperature x 2 hourly. 2. Get CBC, CUE and CRP done. 3. Can give dollar if fever. Better is to share the video
Any other symptom wid fever as cough or loose stool or some urinary complaint??wat is wt of child nd doses u giving him??

plz record fever and monitor it's pattern . is the whole body febrile or just head area? does baby cry while urinating? is there any signs of mosquito bite on exposed areas of body. especially face and arm
