Talk to Pediatrician on Fever Motions Cough

My 2years old was having motions from 3 4 days but they were like not watery and max 5 6 in a day. I was giving her bismol and avil for that then yesterday she caught fever its like 102 103 I gave her calpol and panadol the fever subsides after taking it but again after few hours she s having fever. What should be done she s having little bit of cough very little for that I gave her acefyl and kehwa. But the fever is 100 still. And motions are like 4 5 ina day and they have mucus in it
