A.O.A my niece had fever since 10-12 days and all test reports of dengue, alt, malaria, CBC, shows fine results but physicians were unable to identified what's the problem was...plz help me

A detailed history of ALL the symptoms is needed plus a thorough clinical examination is a must to make a diagnosis.
There are hundreds of causes of fever in children, viral infections being commonest cause.
I am assuming they have also tested his urine.
See a qualified Paediatrician
If fever persist for such long duration,detail examination and history is required....
But for such long history do Periphral film, Blood CS, urine RE and CS.....
take all the reports and then visit nearby pedriatiacian.........
will be fine dont worry
