Assalam o Alykum 2 year old boy having fever from morning and not eating anything Giving him panadol. After how many hours should give him panadol And any other medicine doctor can recommend please
Give CALPOL syrup 5 ml after every 6 hours, in case of fever. Give good fluid intake. He needs proper history and examination by any Pediatrician to decide about his further treatment.

it can be given 4-6 hrly... and if high grade >101 then do sponging first and then medication for fever...
Pl. look for other symptoms. If he is unable to eat look for soar throat. He needs consultation if fever is not settled after 48 hrs.
