I wanna discuss issue about my daughter facing femoral hernia age 1.5 month since born she is facing same disease i consulted with local doctors and PIMS doctors they told may be it will recovered itself or will be operated at the age of 1 year but the problem is she is always crying and having pain if any one has good idea for my child current situation i would be grateful

Treatment is only surgery. Get ultrasound for this area to access it size.also get opinion from Pediatric surgeon. Let him to evaluate physically, will give u better suggestion.
It may cause obstructive hernia..which is emergency condition. As baby having historyof excessive cry. U should have ultrasound and paeds surgeon opinion

Dear doctor i already did ultrasound from PIMS hospital Islamabad they guided that she is very small age 1.5 month we could not treat it or operate it until she gets 1 year old atleast also they think may be it will get cured itself if not they will operate it at the age of 1 year
