It is not uncommon for children to refuse to eat when they are unwell. How high is the fever? Is the vomiting recurrent? What is the colour of vomitus? Are there any other symptoms such as diarrhoea, runny nose, cough or burning sensation while passing urine, associated with fever? Give her Syrup Calpol according to age and weight both for abdominal pain and fever 4 to 6 hourly until we know its underlying cause.
