salam to all doctors my baby is 1 month old and he poops after every feed is this normal? poop is seedy and watery(not too much) and yellow in color he is on mother feed but from last 3 days i give him formula twice a day.. when he was 20 days old he had diarrhea his dr prescribed some antibiotics course for 5 days then everything is fine..so guide me
