Does the child developed fever? Otherwise well? Oral intake?

It is most likely Slapped Cheek Syndrom (a viral infection which will settle in a due time).
Give him
Syp Paracetamol
10ml three times a day 3 days
Syp Rigex /Avil
5ml twice a day for 2-3 days
Lubrex Ointment
Three times a day untill rash resolves
