mera beta 2.8 months ka hai uski eyes ke niche lite purples se circle ho rhe hai pic main nazar nhi arhe iski kia waja ho skti hai or mjhe thora sa weak bi lag rha hai aj kal waise uska weight 12.5 kg hai lekin dikhne main weak lagta hai hr koi kehta hai lekin uski Paediatrician kehti hai ke weight sahee hai wo active hai isi liye aisa lagta hai .

diet sahee hai uski breakfast lunch dinner proper krta hai bs salan roti nhi khata spicy lagta hai salan usay roti ke sth to main metha paratha ya sada paratha bana kr khilati hn rice ke sth wo aram se kha leta hai or sleep bi sahee hai uski .or ghr mai kisi or member ke aise circle nhi hai.

Add fresh fruits meat and vegetables to the diet and he will be alright.
Weight is slightly on the lower side... But he is overall a healthy boy

fruits mashallah se shok se khata hai or meri koshih hoti hai jis din khana khane main tang krta hai main usko fruits ziada de deti hn.
