Asking for Other, Male, 3.7 years old, Karachi Gulshan e Iqbal

As salam o alaikum . My son is 3.7 yrs right now . I took him to psychiatrist due to speech delay and hyperactivity . He asked for BERA test . I am attaching the report can someone read it and tell me is it normal or i have to go to a dr. ?
