Talk to Pediatrician on Does Not Eat Properly

my son is 2.5 years old .he is healthy ..he is 15kg alhmdulilah .but he does not eat properly now .. what could be the reason
wt is normal if u giving milk more in quantity then child never eat any thing cause his tummy is already full please reduce the use of milk increas meal and use plater of meal then he attract to meal due to diifrent colours of meal in plater
