Asking for Other, Male, 07 years old, Karachi
I have 7 years old twin boys. Almost both kids take equal diet and meals but one is healthy Alhamdulillah but other looks too weak. His weight is 16 kgs and other one weighs 19 kgs MashaAllah. The problem is with weak kid. He passes stool as soon as he eats anything either it is proper meal or just snack. Just after a moment he finishes meal, he goes to washroom. Is this the reason of his weakness?? Also he takes alot of time to chew and swallow his food.
Passing stool immediately a meal is usually the result of the gastrocolic reflex, which is a normal bodily reaction to food  entering the stomach. Almost everyone will experience the effects of the gastrocolic reflex from time to time. However, its intensity can vary from person to person.
If you notice a pattern between eating certain foods and your gastrocolic reflex becoming stronger, chances are that avoiding those foods will help reduce its intensity.
Some common trigger foods include:
dairy
high fiber foods, like whole grains and vegetables
greasy and fatty foods, such as fries
Stress is another common trigger for gastrocolic reflex. Managing your stress can help you manage your gastrocolic reflex.

So is there any medication for this issue?? Or it is normal?? I feel he is getting disturbed because of going to washroom again and again specially in school after lunch time.. he is reluctant to finish his meal in school too.
