assalamu alaykum. i have masha Allaah been blessed with 2 daughters aged 13 years 6 months and 11years 1 month .1 son who is 7 years 5 months.(approximate ages). kindly advise which diet which sort of proteins what kind of vitamins are most vital for their overall growth of height and weight,muscles,bones,also their mental intelligence and their immunities against diseases. kindly advise which foods shall they consume the most. i must mention here that all of them are not good eaters.they are all fond of junk type food like nuggets pizza etc.we give them one egg one parathaa some sort of vegetable forcefully. they dont like to eat desi pakistani meat dishes
Yes !this is nit only ur problem. It is community problem. Kids are found of taking fast food rather the home food Give them seasnol fruits and vegetables. Fast food should be served conditional along with eggs vegetable and fruits. Milk should be given. Vit d3 inj after every 3month

Stop bringing these junk type of foods and let them starve initially. Be strict with them. Whole family should eat a healthy diet plan with exercise

respected sir is the vitamin injection available from chemists and shall we get every child injected after every 3 months sir and until which age sir.doesnt it have any side effects...is it for height weight muscles or brain development
