Talk to Pediatrician on Diarrhea Blood In Urine

Salam, My son is 14 months old now and having Diarrhea on/off from when he was 10 months old.. From last 2 months he has now indigestion problem too, either he doesn't want to eat or if I forced then he vomits.. From 2-3 days he is having blood in urine now, mostly in morning pamper..

Note: He is on treatment for diarrhea with Entrogermina ampules, Entamizole, Zincat, and Domel syrups..

Please suggest me what to do as I am really worried, he's my only kid with lots of prayers and after a lot of wait in marriage.. 😭😭😭
