my daughter is 21 months old she didnt started saying even a single word yet not even mama she was born full term without any complication she babbles sometimes and she dont responds to her name and dont follow instructions while her hearing is normal and she also have feeding issues like she just eats limited things just and dont bother herself to chew most of the time i am really concerned
