my daugher is 5.her feet skin start cracking with red spots deep under her skin...it starts from toes n thn move downwards.it happens in summers n if she stays in water tub for long time.i use nivea baby bodywash for her.im attaching pic.kindly suggest medi n reason..thankyou.

it could be fungal infection.
treat with Daktacort cream , apply on the affected skin twice daily for 2 weeks, then 3 times a week for another 2 weeks.
keep her feet dry and clean, avoid socks.
wash/bath with Oilatum bath for kids.
