meri 4.5 month ki beti ko start se stomach issue rha .. lkn abi 3 4 din se kafi zyada motion horhe hain ..itne k blood arhe thd motion mai .. ab allhumdulillah blood rukgya lkn motion ab b hy.. vomiting or fever bhi hy. meday ki garmi ki wja se pani ki b bht kami hogyi hy.. .she is taking zeeone & entamizole syrup ..enterogermina oral suspension.. pediatyle ors & panadol..

.ap ke baby ko canula lage ga aur hosakta hai k admission ki bhi zarurat pare aur is ka stool workup bhi hona chaiye
Diarrhoea is mostly due to viruses at this age and does not need to be treated with antibiotics. All we need to do is to prevent or treat dehydration and ORS is the only thing needed in most cases. If your infant is having persistent vomiting with diarrhoea and the fever is high grade she should be taken to a hospital and receive drip and may need some tests.
