Talk to Pediatrician on Daughter Not Felling Well.

My 2 year daughter who is very active and playful Alhamdulillah is suddenly not talking and fells diziness and weakness for last two days. She is sleeping everytime and sometimes she even sleeps on floor. She is also not eating anything and when we gavr something she vomits. I am giving her pedriatal ors to covet weakness and pediasure and milk. Have also consult with family pedtratician but he says its just due to hot weather. She never behave such way so i am very much worried. There is no fever or any other thing. Please can any one guide me what to do.
