My daughter is 15 months and she has these dark circles under her eyes. Why is that and how to get rid of them. Makes her seem weak. No medical history. Pic attached.

Dark circles are not due to weakness. What is her weight and does she often have flu or nasal blockage?
Apply White petroleum jelly 3 time a day for a month and gently rub. Also give her syp Ferosoft and syp vidaylin M

Dark circles in children is not due to any vitamin deficiency, anemia or lack of sleep.
most common reasons are:
Nasal congestion-which causes dilation of veins around the eyes-children have nasal congestion if they have frequent colds and allergies.
Enlarged Adenoids- children who have enlarge adenoid are mouth breather and loud snorers.
Genetics- like if parents have dark circles.
If your child has fair skin they can also appear to have dark circles.
There is a worrisome cause of dark circle too, that is a cancer neuroblastoma but in that case patient has many other symptoms. It almost looks like your child has two black eyes from being punched.
