my son is 4 year old. he has breathing problem when sleeping during night. show like obstruction in breathing way nose etc he also suffering under cough approximately 3 time in a month . in day time he remain normal but while sleeping at night cough start I a sever way. plz give me any suggestions or treatment or tests
