Cough, Fever, Vomiting

Question

My 15 months old child has fever, cough and runny nose also vomiting after eating due to cough. I am giving him calpol and cofcol syrup from 5 days but he is not recovering. I am avoiding antibiotics but he is not getting well, tell me what should be best for him now.

Dont start antibiotic on this stage  do xray chest with baseline investigation cbc crp urine r/e  about medcine dont give  that much medcine in this age                                     Give myteka sachet one at night                     Syp polypep 2.5cc BD                                      Syp Coferb  2.5 three time                               Syp febrol 2.5cc three time wait for 3 days inshallah will be fine
